民营企业与国有企业融资成本比较研究 ——基于上市公司财务数据的调查与分析

摘要:

一直以来，融资难融资贵都是民营企业反映较突出的问题，也是社会各界高度关注的问题。本文选取了2013年以来上市企业25个季度财务数据，通过民营企业与国有企业对比，对民营企业融资成本水平、变化趋势及与国有企业的差异进行了深入研究，评估了民营企业金融支持政策实施效果，并提出4项针对性措施和建议。

Abstract:

For a long time,the difficulty and the high cost of financing have been the most prominent problem reflected by private enterprises,as well as the high concern of the party central committee,the state council and all sectors of society.This paper selects the financial data of 25 quarters of listed enterprises since 2013,through the comparison,makes an in-depth study on the level of financing cost,changing trend and the difference between private enterprises and state-owned enterprises,evaluates the effect of financial support policies for private enterprises and puts forward four specific measures and suggestions.
